How to connect to HVS support and Start a Ticket

Contact HVS Technical Support by calling (920) 893-4204 or emailing support@heartlandvideosystems.com. Our team will open a support ticket and contact you promptly with next steps, including a session ID.

To begin your remote support session, choose one of the options below:

  • Download Zoho Assist — Automatically downloads and launches the remote support application on your desktop.
  • Join Zoho Assist Session — Opens our Zoho Assist portal where you can enter your session ID or join the support queue.

Backup option: If you experience any issues with Zoho Assist, use our SimpleHelp remote support software at support.hvs-inc.com.

Once the remote session software is running, your HVS support technician will connect to your system using the provided session ID and guide you through the troubleshooting process in real time.
